Every TechThreads piece is made to order for you. Production starts after you place your order, and your order ships as soon as it is finished.

Where we ship

We ship to the United States, Canada, Australia and many other countries. Available destinations are shown at checkout.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order. You will see the exact cost before you pay.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Customs and duties

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or undelivered orders

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, or tracking shows it as delivered but you have not received it, email techthreads@customercontact.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to resolve it or send a replacement.
